Our customers are very important to us and we support them 24 hours a day 365 days a year. As an engineer you will work a normal 5 day week but will be expected to cover emergency call-out cover for around 5 x out-of-hours periods per month. With a proven background as a machine technician we will expect you to deliver a professional service to our clients. A company vehicle is provided along with everything you need to help you to be an efficient team player. We strive to be on site when a customer expects us with the equipment they expect. Our installation team members play a vital role in delivering this. Working from one of our operating bases you will be expected to deliver high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given. As an account director with Coinspinner you will be responsible for managing and building our portfolio of customers. As we invest heavily in new equipment and marketing we would expect your industry experience to ensure that wise investments are made in your area. We expect the highest levels of customer service and customer retention. This significant role is well rewarded for the right individuals. The ability to look forward and see a future for the gaming industry is essential.
